NO REFUND AGREEMENT AND TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

FOR FIREARMS PURCHASES (ONLINE AND IN-STORE)

 

This Agreement is made between L PIBLE’S GUNS AND AMMO INC. and the purchaser (“Customer”) in relation to the purchase of firearms, ammunition, and related products, whether online or in-store.

 

1. PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT

 

This Agreement is intended to clearly establish the Store’s STRICT NO REFUND POLICY, particularly for transactions that require a down payment and processing of Firearm.

 

2. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

 

ALL PAYMENTS MADE BY THE CUSTOMER, INCLUDING DOWN PAYMENTS OR FULL PAYMENTS, ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

No refunds shall be issued for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:

- Failure to process the order due to issues with the Customer’s FEO account

- Discovery of expired firearm registrations under the Customer’s name

- Previous firearms that were:

- Sold but not legally transferred

- Covered only by a Deed of Sale without official transfer

- Reported lost, stolen, or destroyed but remain unresolved in records

- Any pending, unresolved, or historical firearm-related records or violations

 

This NO REFUND POLICY is FINAL and NON-NEGOTIABLE.

 

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

 

The Customer fully understands and agrees that:

- It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure their FEO account is clean, updated, and free of issues

- Any expired, lost, untransferred, or unresolved firearm records must be settled BEFORE purchasing from the Store

- The Customer is acting as a responsible gun owner and is aware of their legal obligations under Philippine law

 

4. LIMITATION OF STORE RESPONSIBILITY

 

The Store’s role is strictly limited to processing the Customer’s firearm purchase.

 

The Store is NOT responsible for:

- Fixing or updating the Customer’s FEO account

- Resolving expired or problematic firearm records

- Following up lost, stolen, or destroyed firearm reports

- Processing transfers of the Customer’s previous firearms

- Any legal or administrative issues arising from the Customer’s firearm history

 

Any failure or delay caused by the Customer’s records shall NOT be the Store’s liability.

 

5. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONSENT

 

By making payment, the Customer acknowledges that:

- The FEO process has been explained

- They fully understand and accept the NO REFUND POLICY

- They assume all risks related to firearm processing

- They waive any right to demand a refund, compensation, or file complaints against the Store

 

6. LEGAL EFFECT

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
